Do you wish you could actually do some of the things I talk about without making it look like a hurricane went though your home? Well now you can! Renuzit is having a $20,000 home makeover contest. I love when business do this as sometimes people really need the help but they can’t afford to have someone come in and do it.

Now I’m sure your wondering how you can enter to win? Well all you have to do is have a video camera and a home that really needs a makeover. Submit a video of your home at triscents.com and tell Renuzit why you need a home makeover you also have to write an essay that is 250 words, thats not a lot it’s just a little longer then this post. There are also few videos up at the site if you need some inspiration. See official rules

If your not interested in the contest you still should check out the TriScents site as you can get a starter kit coupon for Triscents. It’s very easy to download, just make sure that there is a store near you that will take them and who knows maybe having a fresh smelling home will inspire you to become a do it yourselfer!

Unfortunately I have only had 2 entries into this contest, and both were disqualified as the pictures were not theres.

I will be doing a Christmas decoration contest starting the day after thanksgiving or November 23 for those of you who do not live in the us. This will be a world wide contest, but you must have pay pal. More on this contest next month.

Okay everyone it’s time for the Halloween Decorating Contest!

There are two prizes one for the best outdoor decoration and one for the best indoor decoration. Prizes are $15 pay pal for each winner. Your pictures will also be posted on this blog with a link to the website or blog of your choosing.

(prize may increase at ABC’s discretion)

Rules:

You must be in the US.

It must be a picture you took.

Only one submission per category per person. So yes you can submit to both the indoor and outdoor prize, you also have a chance to win both.

All submissions must be in by the 15th of October

Voting:

Starting on the 16th of October readers can start voting. You can vote as many times as you would like. On the 25th I will then take the top 3 in each category and keep those up then those will be voted on until the 30th. Winners will be announced on the 31st and paid no later then the 2nd of November.

Include your name, paypal email address and the website you would like listed if you win. Please send the photo as an attachment.

I decided to give you all a heads up. In October I will be doing a Halloween decorating contest.

I will start taking entries the first of October. Yes I will be posting about it on that day also.

You will have 2 week to submit the photos of your home.

There will be 2 categories, One is for outside decoration, one will be for inside.

The first place winner in each category will receive a $25 gift card to a store of there choice.  Second place will receive a $10 gift card.

If interest is large there may be more added to the first place prize.

I will have more information for you when it’s time for the contest.
